Me and the Internet.

I'm Molly- a 27 year old Cancer, but I've been haunting the internet as Velvet Tangerine since 2006.

My first serious effort at non-Livejournal blogging came in the form of www.velvet-tangerine.com. I devoted hours every day to gathering the juiciest of Mid-century Modern design, handmade finds, my art, and inspiration for my art.

Eventually I became exhausted trying to keep up with the other bloggers in my 'blogging niche' so to speak, and retreated into the torrid depths of TUMBLR BLOGGING.

Running Little Tangerines and being part of the Tumblr community has completely changed my outlook on my body and the clothes I dress it with. Plus, I've found some great friends who I wouldn't have otherwise met, like Nicole, and a constant flow of inspiration for art and fashion.

Me and Life.

I grew up in a small beach town north of San Diego, but I've lived in San Francisco for five years. I received my education from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, and San Francisco State University where I earned a BA in Fine Arts - Printmaking.

My life revolves around music, vintage, and my cat Miss Pauline.
